Cartoon Cavalcade

I will be taking part in the Cartoon Cavalcade show in Elgin, Illinois. Lots of my original pages from SpongeBob Squarepants and Simpsons Comics will be for sale, as well as my licensing art for Betty Boop. Stop by and see me at the opening reception this Friday.

"Land, HO-HO-HO!"

I drew a particularly wacky four page story written by James Kochalka in SpongeBob Comics #62, on sale now. It's full of tales of King Neptune, and our bit has an appearance by everyone's favorite ghost pirate, the Flying Dutchman. Plus MOLDY SAMMITCHES!

SpongeThrob

I drew a short story in SpongeBob Comics #56, on sale Wednesday, May 11. James Kochalka wrote this baffling battle between Plankton and Gary the snail. It's wacky.

I'll have a longer story in #57, the "Nautical Noir" issue, on sale in June.

Walking the Plankton

My latest short for SpongeBob Comics is called "Plankton Vs. Gary", from a script by James Kochalka. The color is by Jason Millet.

Go Fish!

Just completed a story for this year's SpongeBob Comics annual. It has angry mobs of fish-men, gigantic tomatoes, and the usual four-armed dancers juggling chainsaws. Trust me, it's wacky.

Color by semi-aquatic Jason Millet.

A Dandy Sandy Issue

I have a new story in the latest, 29th issue of SpongeBob Comics, a special Sci-Fi all-Sandy issue. This is the nifty, EC-inspired cover.

Make Mine Mermaid Man!

The first SpongeBob Comics Annual will be in stores on June 19. With stories and art by talents including Chuck Dixon, Ramona Fradon, James Kochalka, Mark Martin and Jerry Ordway, I'd happily buy a copy! But I don't have to: I have a story in it, and they're sending me comps! Suckers!

The Dark Fish-Knight Surprises

A dark and gritty--yet silly--panel from the Silver Age Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy story by me and Chuck Dixon. It casts a soaking wet shadow on the upcoming issue of SpongeBob Comics, #19, on sale the second Wednesday in April.
